All-Clad Metalcrafter's Cop-R-Chef cookware series is equiped with a shimmering copper exterior and allows a beautiful presentation coupled with superior performance. For suberb heat conductivity, All-Clad constructs the exterior of this series with an extra thick layer of copper and a stailess steel interior. The stainless steel interior allows nonreactive cooking and an easy-to-clean surface. All clad takes the construction one step further by wedging an alluminum layer between the copper and the stainless steellayers. This allows an even heat distribution. Securely attached with two heavy-duty noncorrosive steel rivets, the handles on All-Clad's Cop-R-Chef cookware are 18/10 stainless steel. The Handles are ergonomically designed for balance and beauty and stay cool over heat when cooking. Lids fit snugly on pots to lock in heat and flavors.
